During this event, we will cover:
- Identify causes of medical device accidents and learn how they harm patient
- Understand general accident investigation protocols and technique
- Learn how to plan for an investigation-highlighting the information required, employing framework and suggesting methodologies
- Apply the investigation framework through case studies and discussion sessions
