ECRI’s New Headquarters Location Coming Soon

New Location in 2026

ECRI is relocating its U.S. headquarters to a new location near Philadelphia in 2026. ECRI’s new headquarters will include its US-based medical device safety lab. The lab is the only one of its kind in North America where engineers conduct hands-on, rigorous medical device evaluations. The new location currently under renovation is 500 Virginia Ave., Fort Washington, PA 19034. The lab remains in operation off-site throughout the renovation period, delivering independent evaluations of devices.

ECRI’s Mailing Address

ECRI established a mailing address to consolidate operations across its family of brands, including ISMP and The Just Culture Company. This centralized mailing hub also supports the transition to the new facility. The mailing address for ECRI’s U.S. operations, ISMP, SurgiSmart IQ, Med Safety Board, and The Just Culture Company is 3959 Welsh Rd., #364, Willow Grove, PA 19090.

Global Footprint

ECRI employees are located in 70% of states in the U.S., serving healthcare partners in more than 70 countries across North America, APAC, and EMEA regions. In 2025, ECRI sold its previous U.S. headquarters building, located on a 24-acre campus on Butler Pike in Plymouth Meeting, to a nonprofit that operates a school and behavioral health programs.
