ECRI’s New Mail Hub Centralizes Operations for ECRI Companies

In support of our growth as one of the largest healthcare nonprofit organizations in the world, ECRI established a new mailing address to consolidate operations across its family of brands, including ISMP and The Just Culture Company.

This move follows the sale of ECRI’s previous headquarters in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania, as part of a relocation to a new facility. The new U.S. office location will be announced later this year.

The new mailing address for ECRI’s U.S. operations, ISMP, SurgiSmart IQ, Med Safety Board, and The Just Culture Company is: 3959 Welsh Rd., #364, Willow Grove, PA 19090.

ECRI’s US-based medical device testing lab remains in operation, delivering independent evaluations of thousands of devices. The lab is the only one of its kind in North America.

ECRI will remain headquartered in the Philadelphia area, supported by a largely remote workforce with team members across 70% of states in the U.S. ECRI also operates locations in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Malaysia, UAE, and Canada.
