
Root Cause Analysis In Action: Building Foundations
During this two-day live virtual training, causal analysis experts will teach you the skills you need to effectively complete RCAs by guiding you through interactive didactics and case studies in a small group setting. In addition to hands-on learning, participants will have the option of participating in a group follow-up call with RCA experts to discuss any additional questions and troubleshooting.

Registration cancellations must be in writing and sent to Client Services at clientservices@ecri.org. Cancellation requests must be made at least 72 hours before the start date of the training. Each registrant who submits a cancellation request at least 72 hours before the start date of the scheduled training will receive a full refund less a $100 administrative fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 72 hours before the start date of the training. If a registrant plans to send someone else in their place, the registrant must notify ECRI before the date of the training. If ECRI must change the training date and a registrant is no longer able to attend, ECRI will refund the full amount of the registration fee.
Complete all three ECRI causal analysis courses within 24 months and earn recognition for your expertise. The courses include:
